- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★If you are visiting the Perth area, you could not ask for a better location or warmer welcome than at Penny's B&B at Penny's Lane, Suite Miss Scarlett. This is a lovingly and beautifully renovated heritage home in a country setting just outside the village of Perth. There are walking trails to meander through in the large wooded area adjacent to the house; the meals are delicious, and Penny could not make you feel more welcome.
