  Absolutely horrible service by a female manager. She was very disrespectful because my baby was crying in my vehicle (which how can I control) and kept trying to rush me through my order. When I had to go in to the restaurant after finishing at drive thru because she wouldn't listen properly to my order, and made many mistakes with my order; she stood there talking under her breath to other staff members seeing that I had come in. She continued to ignore me waiting at the counter for more than a minute. I was really appalled to be treated this way as a customer. Very unprofessional way to treat people, especially regular customers such as me and my family of 6. I guess I will invest my money elsewhere and have my family feel that we won't be so rudely treated from now on! Please owner retrain your managers and staff in better customer service. I hope other people have a better experience because certainly no one deserves to be treated this way.

  There was a line up when we arrived, but they were so fast they wereally preparing our order before it was even tendered! Order was accurate, hot and delicious. Friendly service and restrooms were quite tidy.

  Stop here every time I drive through Perth. They just recently renovated and it looks great. They also happen to be right beside a brewery which is awesome.

  This was my first impressive place to Ottawa from Toronto regarding family-friendly restaurant. I will come again when have a chance. Highly recommended!
